Flavodata may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used for direct marketing purposes.

The personal data you provide for marketing purposes includes your name and email address. We need this information to provide you with offers and newsletters in connection with our services. The US is an non-secure third country. However, Google Inc. has voluntarily obtained certification under the US-EU “Privacy Shield” data protection agreement and is committed to complying with EU privacy requirements.
