The owner of the online store www.flavodata.com (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Flavodata OÜ (registry code 14653390), located at Nisu 25-22, Tallinn 10317, Estonia.
Validity of contract of sale, service and price information
The Conditions of Sale apply to purchase of Flavodata full access (hereinafter referred to as the Service) from the online store.
The price of the service is indicated at the Pricing section and also at Signup (registering section).

Placing an order
To get a full access to Flavodata off-flavor incidents in food database, register at „SIGNUP“-page. One can select “Free” access, which is granted after contributing at least 5 unique incidents to the database or “Paid” access, which gives immediate access after completing the order.
Click on “REGISTER” and fill in all of the required fields to Register and you will be directed to Checkout page. Fill in all the required fields to complete the order. The total cost (in EUR) is displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or credit card.
The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the order or you are not able to pay or you have paid, but do not get the access to the database, contact immediately firstname.lastname@example.org
Right of withdrawal
Due to the specificity of the service (the full access to the database is automatically received after payment), the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal (http://europakonsument.at/en/page/right-withdrawal-when-shopping-online)
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
Defective service and guarantee
We make our best to insure that the database is up-to-date and withholds maximum information about off-flavors in food, but as our customer, you must understand that not all off-flavor incidents are solved to date. Therefore we offer our paid customers a guarantee, that if you do not find an incident in the database, you can send (at your expense) your products to off-flavor analysis to one of our partner labs: Tallinn, Estonia or Graz, Austria. For that you must contact email@example.com and full details will be provided.
The online store will respond to the consumer´s complaint or question in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order. The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail. The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to or submitted by calling +3725138547. If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
